Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “EULA”) carefully before using the YesYou! mobile application (the “Service”) operated by YesYou! (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Subscriptions
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
Subscription Pricing
Subscription prices are clearly displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Current pricing is shown at the point of purchase.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Content
The affirmations and content provided through the Service are for inspirational and motivational purposes only. They are not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YesYou! and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the app
- Modify, adapt, or hack the Service
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall YesYou!, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
